Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or purchasing a membership you agree to these Terms. You must be 18 years or older to use GymApp.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify your gym immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Memberships & payments

Membership fees are set by your gym and are non-refundable unless required by law. Cancellation terms are set by your gym and shown at point of purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use GymApp to: impersonate others, attempt to access other members' data, or violate any applicable law.

5. Limitation of liability

GymApp is a software platform only. Physical gym services, safety, and equipment are the sole responsibility of the gym operator. GymApp's liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the gym operator's jurisdiction. EU members retain all statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
